Digital products

Because files are delivered instantly, digital products are generally non-refundable. If a file is faulty or not as described, email us and we will fix it or refund you. Marketplace purchases follow the marketplace's refund process.

Services

If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, you get a refund for the part not delivered.

Guest post placement

If a placement is not live within 21 days of your approval, that placement is refunded. If a post is removed within 6 months, we replace it once at no cost. If a publisher rejects an article after two rounds of edits, you get a credit for another placement in the same tier.
