Etsy fee calculator: what you keep from every sale

How Etsy fees work in 2026
Every sale on Etsy carries up to four fees. This calculator adds them up for you:
- Listing fee: $0.20 for each listing, renewed each time an item sells.
- Transaction fee: 6.5% of the item price plus shipping (and gift wrapping).
- Payment processing fee: a percentage plus a fixed amount per order, set by the country of your bank account.
- Offsite Ads fee: 15% (or 12% for shops above $10,000 a year) of the order, capped at $100, only when the sale came from an Etsy ad.
Etsy may also add a 2.5% currency conversion fee if your listing currency differs from your payout currency, and a regulatory operating fee in some countries. VAT may apply to fees.

Example: a $59 digital download sold from Pakistan
Listing fee $0.20, transaction fee $3.84 (6.5% of $59) and processing fee $4.14 (6.5% of $59 + $0.30) come to $8.17 in Etsy fees after rounding. You keep $50.83, about 86% of the sale. The same sale paid out to a US bank account costs about $6.06 in fees.

How much does Etsy charge sellers in Pakistan?
A Pakistan bank account pays $0.20 to list, a 6.5% transaction fee on the item price plus shipping, and a 6.5% + $0.30 payment processing fee. On a $59 sale with free shipping that comes to $8.17 in fees, so you keep $50.83 before your own costs.
Does Etsy charge the transaction fee on shipping?
Yes. The 6.5% transaction fee applies to the item price plus the shipping you charge, and gift wrapping if you offer it.
Why is the processing fee higher for Pakistan than for the US?
Etsy sets payment processing fees by the country of your bank account. US accounts pay 3% + $0.25; Pakistan, UAE and Egypt accounts pay 6.5% + $0.30.
What is the Etsy Offsite Ads fee?
If a sale comes from an Etsy ad shown on another website, Etsy charges 15% of the order total (12% once your shop passes $10,000 in yearly sales), never more than $100 per order.
